| Question: How much do I pay for bandwidth on a Banana Server? |

| Answer: Banana servers have unlimited bandwidth without any additional charge. |

| Question: I want to get new domain. What do I do? |
|
| Answer: 86server has Banana, Tiger, and Cobra Server that matches with customer's needs. You can pick one that it's going to work for you or your business the most, and simply contact us with domain name that you wish to use. After that, no complicated setting is necessary. We will get their server ready for you within 24 hours!! |

| Question: I already have domain. Can I use it with 86server? |
|
| Answer: Sure. If you would like to use your domain with 86server, contact us with your domain name after you order *****server. When the server is finish, we'll create user account for you. We will send you log in and name server information, all you do is register our name server to your domain. After you register, it will take 48 to 72 hours for traffic to open. |

| Answer: There are no complicated setting needed for Banana server. We take care of all the initial settings for your machine, and we will take care of setting up your domain names and adding your email and FTP accounts to it. Also there are no limit for your data transfer or the bandwidth. You can use rental server without worrying the amount of data you're transferring from one low monthly fee. |

| Question: Can I use CGI? |

| Answer: Yes you can. CGI works with the folder under public_html/. There is no limitation for file name. If you set up htaccess, you also may use .cgi .pl CGI works with 755 permission. |

| Answer: We only support freeBSD. We will install Redhat 9.0 or Redhat Enterprize 3.0, however we don't support for them and you have to set them up yourself. If you would like to use anything else besides freeBSD, we recommend to have server with the root. |

| Answer: You can use MySQL Database. MySQL is already installed to your server, you can use it as soon as you receive your login information from us. |

| Question: I have a program that I'd like to install to the server. Can you be able to to this for me? |

| Answer: We recommend you to have server with the root rights. You can install anything you want. |

| Question: Is it ok to put adult contents on your server? |

| Answer: Yes. We do not censor or monitor the content of your server in any way. As long as your server has content that is legal in the United States, it is OK. Any customer found to have illegal contents will be reported to the proper United States authority. |

| Answer: Minimum contract is for 1 month. Payment is taken in advance and will renew automatically monthly. |

| Answer: You can just send us an email or tell us you want to cancel through our Question submission form. |

| Answer: You can order server from here After you put all the information and click "submit". You must complete next page for the fax verification. After we verify your fax, we start process your credit card. Then we will set up your server. You will receive log in information from us. Please test your log in. |

| Answer: From the time you place your order, and we have confirmed your payment, we will have your server ready within 24 hours. |

| Question: I'd like to use many domains. How many domains can I use for one server? |
|
Answer: Banana servers will support more then 1000 domain names and a transfer limit of 10mbs. There is no limit on how many FTP accounts and mail accounts, however we recommend that you can make up to 30 FTP accounts and 30 mail accounts per server. |
